FPL 2025/26 GW8: Only Haaland & Semenyo Showed Up - Time for Wildcard! 🔄

Hi FPL Enthusiasts, 

       I scored 49 points with captain Haaland, who got one goal and two bonus points, but still faced a red arrow in game week 7. Only one other player delivered alongside the captain. Semenyo contributed with two goals, one assist, and maximum bonus points. The rest of the team seemed absent from the game week, which is quite concerning.

This dreadful FPL game week has led me to one conclusion: it's time to use the wildcard. I activated it right after the results came in, and the international break will assist with some price changes and evaluations. Some of the players will stay at the team. Below is my team with the activated wildcard.

I've attempted to strengthen the defense using a wildcard. Arsenal players are now included, and Salah is no longer part of the team, with Isak joining instead. While some adjustments might occur, this lineup is mostly set. Haaland will be my captain, and Saka is currently the vice-captain. However, the captaincy could shift to Isak depending on future circumstances. 😀
