FPL 2025/2026 GW5: Captain Salah Delivers & Haaland Transfer Pays Off!

Hi FPL Enthusiasts, 

       Scored 73 points  with captain Salah, who netted one goal, earned one bonus point, and brought a green arrow 😀 in game week 4. Five players delivered along with the captain. Van Dijk secured a clean sheet and two bonus points, Van de Ven scored one goal, kept a clean sheet, and received two bonus points, Joao Pedro provided one assist and two bonus points, and Haaland scored two goals with two bonus points. Esteve remained on the bench with 4 points.

This FPL game week has been favorable. Van de Ven and my recent transfer, Haaland, have returned with strong points. Salah's last-minute penalty was an additional boost. I've utilized two free transfers. I'm waiting for the press conferences to make decisions about the team, considering there were midweek matches. Below is my team setup before making any transfers.

I need to make decisions on two matters. The first involves Wirtz; he is not performing well and there might be price fall, so Semenyo will likely replace him. The second is choosing between Hall and King for the starting position. As for Mateta, I'll decide next week; he can remain for another week. Salah will be my captain 😀, with Pedro as the vice-captain for now. The captaincy could easily switch to Haaland. We'll see how it goes.
